We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn watches in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, contact our client services team with your order number. The timepiece must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Bespoke orders, engraved pieces, and limited editions may be subject to different terms. Shipping costs for returns are covered by Italian Watches for domestic orders.
